In basic (free) accounts there's a capacity limit for file uploading (100mb or so) , and is it applies if we enable google drive integrations ?
or we can use google drive capacity insted of using jotform server space ?

Actually, when a form is submitted the submission records are first saved in JotForm server and then a copy of that submission record is sent to integrated google drive account.
So all submissions which is sent to google drive is accounted for. However if you delete the submission from your JotForm account it will free up the upload storage space but the submission count will still be the same and will be cleared only on first day of the following month.
Hope that answers your question.
