Tables > Share Table > Option to Share Particular Tab

Is it possible for us to create a tab that duplicates our form and submissions, filter that view and lock the filter and share it for viewing only? Or is there a way to extract only certainly fields and lock the view so that the viewer can see only that tab vs the entire backend of the form?

Yes, you can create a new tab with some filters applied. Let's say I have the following submissions under my Tables:

Now, if I apply some filter, for instance, the name field includes Niko N, the system will filter submissions and also automatically suggests creating a new tab based on that filter:

You can click that button, and it will create a new tab which will always filter out those submissions from base data.

As for your question, as I understand, you want to share only that particular tab, instead of full Tables content. If that's a case, it's not currently possible. Thus, I will escalate your request as a feature request to our backend team.

Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured we will inform you once this feature becomes available.

Please add to this task that I want to be able to LOCK the VIEWER cannot change it, but I do want them to be able to provide feedback in the form of 'accepting' or 'not accepting' each specific entry in that view and enter information about what they need if not accepted.

As an application: We use jotform to solicit applications for models. Using the information they submit, we match these models with designers, fulfilling their request for models based on body stats. We want to allow these designers to prescreen the models we are putting forth for them... but for ONLY them - and to allow them to either accept or reject them for their show.

Thank you for the feedbacks to our JotForm Table. I will escalate your requests to our developers that you'd like to share certain tabs of your JotForm Table and lock/disable them from editing the Table contents, but also they could add something like 'Tags' such as approved/not approved/pending/waiting for review, so you can collaborate with external teams using JotForm Table.
