I deleted my submissions but my form still reflects that it has no free upload space

    Hello, please help.

    I have followed your guide for other questions but the form is not available as it says meets the available quota.

    I have cleared all submissions and there is still no upload space.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the form you linked. And although you have deleted the submissions under that form, the submissions are still stored in that form's Trash Folder.

    While you have the option to restore the deleted submissions from the Trash Folder of the JotForm Tables, you can also delete the submission under it completely.

    I have completed the deleting of items in the trash. When i try to view the form it says i have exceeded the quota still. Please help.

    I checked your account and it's now showing "0" in the upload space. Can you please check again and let us know if the issue persists on your end?

    The form is still not working. If you click the link for the form it still says used the quota.
