How can I unsubmit a template that I shared?

Hi,

I shared a template I created, however, it has my personal name on it. How can I update that on the public template I shared OR how can I un-submit it please?


I labeled it "Jordan Essentials Sample Request Form"

I will make a more standardized form and re-share to the public for my team to use.

As I understand, you want to unshare your shared form template.
