Accessing shared forms

My username is AQSprogram

I use a number of forms that are shared with me by another user within my institution with the username ksearles.

Recently, those shared forms have disappeared from menu. How can I recover those?

I've checked the ksearles account, and it seems like there aren't any forms currently shared to your account. Please contact the form owner, and ask him to add your email address as a sub-account user and have him share the forms with you.
