HIPAA Compliance

    Hello,

    The screenshot below that shows that we need to upgrade the JotForms to be 'HIPPA Compliant'. Our account should already be HIPAA-compliant – we signed the JotForm HIPAA BAA a couple months ago. I wanted to double check that our account is compliant.

    Your account is listed in the corona responder program, but it's not yet HIPAA compliance. To upgrade your account to HIPAA compliance, please click the "Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance" button.

    Did you receive a signed BAA from us when you upgraded your account to HIPAA? I checked our email logs, but I was not able to find it.

    Please upgrade your account to HIPAA again, by following the steps from this guide - How to upgrade to HIPAA Compliance?

    Once you complete all steps the account should be upgraded to HIPAA right away. If you get some error or if the account is not upgraded to HIPAA after you complete all steps, let us know and we will inform our developers.

    Hi,

    I think that is just a temporary problem. I have checked again and your account is already upgraded to HIPPA complaint.

     I've also cleared your forms cache. Hope this helps.

    Is there a way for us to obtain a list of previously archived forms for our records?
