Hello,
Myself and a friend have organized a fundraiser for our daughters' soccer team. She set-up the jot form and linked my PayPal information. I've received order confirmations for the candles we're selling from jot form, as well as payment authorization from PayPal. Within my PayPal account, all transactions have remained in the Pending status with no transfer of funds. I'm just wanting make sure things are set-up correctly on the jot form side of things. Is this simply a matter of waiting 21 days prior to transfer of funds?
Thanks,
Jill

I checked your Paypal payment configuration and it is good. I can also see that there are submissions in your form with payments. Once the user submits the form and completes the payment transaction via Paypal, you should receive their payments instantly on your Paypal account.
If you have initially set Authorization Only to YES in your Paypal payment settings, you have to process the payments manually by clicking the "Charge Customer Now" link that is included in the notification email.
Example:
Here's more information about Payment Authorization https://www.jotform.com/help/292-how-to-enable-payment-authorization.
If the payment was successful and you still see them as pending payment on your Paypal account, please contact Paypal so they can help you. It's possible that the pending payment is a restriction on Paypal's end. This article https://www.paypal.com/us/brc/article/funds-availability from Paypal also explains why payments are put on hold on your Paypal account and how long it would be available.
If you have further questions, please let us know.

Thanks for your clarification. I can confirm that those are indeed successful payments. Unfortunately, the pending payments you see on your Paypal account are likely restrictions in your Paypal account as a seller as you can confirm in this article by Paypal here https://www.paypal.com/us/brc/article/funds-availability. According to Paypal, they'll put your funds on hold for some reasons like the following;
Why are my funds inaccessible or on hold?
PayPal may place a hold or restrict your account activity if we need a little more information from you about a transaction, your business or your account activity. Some of the reasons why we might need this information include:
How long will PayPal hold your funds for?
Your funds are usually held for up to of 21 days. However, there are several things you can do to expedite this timeline.
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this since this is out of our control. We can only suggest you contact Paypal so they can further help you.
Thank you!

OK. I’m fine waiting the 21 days. I just wanted to be sure the karma takes would in fact go through without anything else happening on my end. Thank you!
