In the last few hours the format of the submission I receive in my email has changed for the worse.

This is what I used to get:

List the first & last names, condo units & phone of everyone you are booking for: ( max 5)

List below the dates and time you would like to book:

Everyday is available at 8, 9 10 and 11am in the mornings and 4, 5, 6 and 7pm evenings.

Exception is Monday mornings at which time the pool is cleaned.

i think i fixed it, but i dont know how it got changed.

I clicked on ' show full text in ??' in the advanced setting.

How could that have got changed?

I see that you are referring to this option (see screenshot below).
Not sure how it was disabled, maybe it was accidentally disabled? Anyway, that option needs to be enabled if you want to get all the texts and answers in your email notification.
