The form displays "Form unavailable"

    when i try to preview my form, it says form unavailable. Why?

    I just checked your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue. It successfully displays the form when previewed.

    Can you please confirm if you're still getting the issue? If yes, please try clearing your browser's cache or preview your form using another browser.

    Ok I understand. I think i fixed it.
    How do I make my email address that’s listed in the text box hyperlinked line I did for the addresss?
