Need to have a conversation about an issue I am having with my jotform

    I see you do not have the ability to get phone support, do you at least have a live chat?

    I am having an issue that I do not know how to explain necessarily and I need live help to resolve it asap please.


    bottom line...I uploaded an intake form from my personal business called Functional Family and I now use the same basic form for another company called KY-CARDS and when I send the form the clients see the form with the KYCARDS branding, however when you go into the area to download and print the document, it prints with my old company logo and information. This is a HUGE issue! I need it to print as a KYCARDS form and I do not know how to fix it and I need it resolved ASAP!! I will need very detailed information on how to make this happen. Thank you. I would love a call on this...it is so much easier. I feel your company should at least have the ability to have real conversation with end users when necessary.

    As for the main issue, I think you are referring to the PDF document that your users are downloading, correct?

    I have checked your form, and it seems that there's no PDF document that is generated on the PDF Editor. Please try to create a PDF document by selecting the form on the My Form's page and click on the "More" button:

    Then you can also further customize the PDF document according to your preferences. Please refer to this guide: applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document

    I would recommend creating a test submission on your form to verify if the issue persists. Then you can also provide us with a screenshot here if you need further assistance.
