Please see the attached screenshots and URL. I get this error when I'm completed filling out the form and attaching photos and files.

What is the error message you see when you try to submit form? Unfortunately we are not able to see the screenshot you have shared.
I would suggest you to please share the screenshot of the error message, and we will take a look. Please note that we cannot receive file attachment in our forum post.
