My form title is incorrect when link is shared as a text message

I been coping my forms and the title are incorrect it shows the the title of the one I copied from to make the form.

I made sure that it changed in the setting area.

I understand that you are referring to the form title that is shown on the browser tab.

To update that you will need to update the page title section inside your form settings:

Yes But issue I am having is that when I text it to some one it shows like this

To my understanding, you are sharing your form as a text message using its direct link. I have checked your form and I was able to confirm that you haven't changed yet the Page Title my colleague suggested you to update.

I have cleared your account's form cache on my end. Kindly check if that made any difference.
