email limit reached

    I'm actually doing tests to check if your product is useable for my company. But, even if I tried several time yesterday night, I never received the email notification with the result of the form.

    I had a limit with my email box. I fixed this problem, but this morning, when I want to try again, I have a message saying I reach the limit.

    Can you help me ?

    Hi Grégory,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    Upon checking, you have reached the forms limit.


     For a Free account, you can only create a max of 5 forms, if you have created a max of 5 forms.


    You need to delete the form and the form must be in the trash folder before you can create another/new form.
