Hello , i have deleted the submission from my trial form but am still unable to submit the form as it says i am over the quota , is this because its a trial version ? i will be looking to purchase a package but need to be sure that when entries are deleted , space is created ?

Hi,
Can you please go into your submissions page and delete the submissions within your trash?
Your form should start working again when you delete the submissions within your trash.

hi , i did try to do this but the submissions were not showing in my trash

Hi Melanie_Walls,
Kindly check go to your Submissions > Trash.
You have already deleted your submissions however, the uploaded files are still saved in your submission.
To delete, kindly follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data

It seems you are checking form trash folder but my colleague suggested you to check the submission trash which you can view from JotForm tables (screenshot shared earlier).
Anyway coming back to your issue, I did check your account and it seems you have already deleted all the submissions from your form. I have cleared your upload space utilization and activated your account again.
Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

ah sorry , yes i see what you mean , the form is now working and i can see what i need to do going forward
