Limit reached, but we are below limit

    Our form has been closed, even though we are not over the limit. Can you please look into this? Because our customers cannot submit the forms, and that is bringing down our sales. The form is not over any limits, and it should be working.

    Also, we are not able to open the pdf file attachments that we are receiving in our joforms, especially when we get an email with a submission, the file opens a 404 error, although if we access the form form the Jotform website the attachments open up fine, please look into that.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently over quota as you exceeded the upload limit. Since you have already deleted submissions from your form, it has cleared your upload space utilization.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again and all your forms are back online.

    Please test your form again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
