HIPAA: 504 errors

    Hello ,


    We are receiving 504 errors again. I was told that a fix was applied on tuesday.

    Is there an known issue or outage that is currently in progress.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    We currently have an issue with our HIPAA servers. Our developers are already informed about this issue and they are working on it. We will inform you via this support ticket once the issue is resolved.

    Hi, is https://status.jotform.com/ accurate? It suggests that there has been no downtime in the past 90 days, which is not consistent with our recent experience or indeed the current ongoing outage.
