How to prevent users from not completing the payments in PayPal?

We are using the PayPal Personal integration and it is allowing people to click the "back" button once in PayPal and it puts their order in but it not getting payment. Is there a way to prevent this and force them to pay?

If you user doesn't complete the payment, it is placed under the incomplete payments.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prevent your user's from cancelling the payment.

I would suggest trying the PayPal checkout or PayPal pro so that you users may pay using credit card.
