PDF editor

Here is a snap of the trash can not showing up page 2 of my report. The only page I see the trash can is on page 1.

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

I have gone ahead and taken a look at your PDF Editor for the Leading Indicator Form and I can see that your PDF document is actually all one page and therefore there is only one Trash icon. If you want to split the pages, you will need to insert a "Page Break" into the form and then you will see additional Trash icons
