Report Builder: what does the text "xx responses, xx empty" under the graph title refer to?

I have another question...what is "9 responses - 1 empty" referring to? We have more than 9 responses to the form.

The "9 responses - 1 empty" should refer to the number of responses to the question.
Empty would refer that someone has left the field empty when answering.
Please let me confirm your form whether the number adds up, and then get back to you.

I cloned your form and did some testing, and I was able to replicate the issue that the numbers didn't change after receiving new responses.
