    Hello,

    I'm trying to figure out why my form is disabled and it is forcing me to upgrade when this chart is showing I have space in all areas for my Starter level package.1603988359 5f9aeb87e8101 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 10

    I've lifted the overlimit status of your account. You should be all set this time.

    When you're at 90% of your account limits, our system will send you an email. You should check this right away, especially if it's the file storage limit because it's a fixed limit and will not reset monthly. We suggest downloading the submissions as well as the files and delete the submissions after to free up your file storage limit. Deleting submissions will also delete the files in those submissions.
