I am logged out of my account and forgot my password

    I tried resetting the password and didnt get an email. I checked my spam. Please assist.

    You are unable to log into your account because your account has been suspended.

    This is because the forms below in your account are collecting credit card information which is in violation of our Terms and our PCI compliance:

    We will need to delete this field from both the forms and only then can we activate your account.

    If you want to collect payments from your customers, you can add any of our authorized payment processors into the forms: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/payment-processing

    I have now deleted this field from both the forms and activated your account.
