Trying to confirm payment

    I am trying to connect our paypal to receive payments. The message says I need to confirm the email but I don't see the email at all. I checked the spam also and I don't see it. What can I do??

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking your account, I have found that your email address has already been verified.

    However, if you have signed up for PayPal and they have sent you an email verification, you will need to contact them for assistance as we do not handle PayPal emails. PayPal Support - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us

    Our Integration with PayPal is strictly for payment processing and all of our users must already have an existing PayPal account before connecting their forms. Once the form is connected to an active PayPal account, all transactions will be handled by PayPal.
