Unable to log in and reset password

    I work for the IT Team that supports Title Partners and they are currently experiencing an issue where there orders have not gone out via Jotform since 9/29.

    I attempted to login to our admin account which is listed as " mytittlepartners "and was unable to do so, a password reset also does not seem to be hitting any of our known email addresses. Could you please assist us with getting access to this account so we can see what's not working?

    Can you please confirm your account is mytitlepartners?

    I have checked our logs, and it looks like the password was successfully updated. Can you please let us know were you able to update it?
