Regarding the HIPAA trouble you are having...

    1. Will the submissions that are being sent while the HIPAA is down still show up in our submission table?
    2. Today my client received a submission in her email, as usual the email content was "hidden to protect privacy", but the PDF containing the form data was missing from the email. Will I be able to go in and SECURELY re-send that PDF to the email listed on the notification email?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    1) The issue did not affect the form submissions, so entries should still be recorded and show up in Tables.

    2) You can download PDF document for any particular submission from JotForm tables and then send it to any recipient:

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!

Thank you, So if I download that PDF as you say... is it still password protected and safe to send over email?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it won't be protected with a password. You may add downloaded PDF to a Zip or RAR file, set it a password and then send over email:
