How can I add my office manager to the account so a spreadsheet for daily health checks can be generated?

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    If your office manager needs to fill out your forms regularly, you may use the Assign Forms feature. 1

    If you need to give access to your office manager to edit your forms, you can do that with the Form Collaboration feature. 2

    Are you perhaps looking to share your form's submission data? If that's the case, you can do so from the Submissions Page. 3


    If you need more features regarding User Management, check out our Enterprise Plan, which enables you to control who has access to forms and submissions.
