Hello, we have our form set up with a hidden calendar so that the user doesn't see it. But when we edit a submission, we have a purpose for the hidden calendar, so it's been convenient that it appears when we edit a submission. We use it multiple times a day and today for some reason it's not showing up on my coworkers screen when she tries to edit a submission. I can see it on my computer and other staff can see it as well. Please help :)

    Hi,

I am not sure if I understand the issue correctly but it doesn't seem that you have a condition to show the hidden appointment field when editing the form.

I believe you are referring to the form:

Could you try adding a hidden "get page URL" widget and adding the condition below?

Please let us know if the issue still persists

Hi, well it's not when she is editing the form, it's when she is editing a submission/entry. Normally, when we edit a submission, we all get 6 dots at the bottom, one dot represents the hidden calendar. We want it to be hidden on the form but we use it a lot if we have to edit an appointment/submission. When she edits a submission, for some reason she only gets 5 dots at the bottom and the hidden calendar is not there. All of us can see it when we edit a submission except for her.

    Hi,

I understand that the condition I provided above should fix the issue I mistakenly wrote edit the form instead of the submission, if not, please provide her account for us to check it.

    Thank you.

Thank you, I added the widget and put the condition on it but then even I couldn't see the hidden calendar. We are using the same form. Different computers but same user/pw, same form.

Maybe it will help if I explain - one reason we have the hidden calendar is because if someone were to "walk-in" not on the schedule, if our schedule is full but we can still fit them in, we can't add them to the main appointment calendar, because there would be no slots left. Which is how we want it. The hidden calendar has open availability that only we can see and gives us the ability to add them quickly if we can fit them in.

If you are logged in as the owner of the form, go to edit the submission, the hidden fields in the form are displayed unless you conditionally show them based on an entry or selection in the form. If the people had access to your account, they should be able to see the calendar on the edit link or edit window through the Tables page.

I just tried the edit method through Tables, and I was able to see the calendar:

Please ask your colleagues to clear their browser cookies for JotForm, log in again, and go to edit. See if that works.

    Thanks
