It won't let me grant access

I sent one of my coworkers the form I made in JotForm to complete, but it sent me an email saying I needed to grant access. However, when I click "Grant Access" it won't open, and I cannot find a place in the dash to do so. Please advise.

Were you logged into your JotForm account when you tried to Grant access to your Coworkers?

Also, you can directly add them as assignee to the form from the form settings.
