How can a client receive an email or some sort of notification that their signature has been received by the sender?

    Unfortunately we do not have phone support and it is only available in Enterprise plan.

    Please note that if you want to send a notification to the user who submitted form, you need to add form auto-responder email alert in form. The following guide should help you how to add form auto-responder email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-setting-up-an-autoresponder-email
