Why are we having so many issues?

    In the past two weeks, we continue to have multiple, ongoing issues with viewing and accessing our documents in jotform, specifically:

    • Screen is blank. (No data showing- screen in blank or data is grayed-out)
    • The Search function is not working with viewing and accessing our documents in jotform.
    • Decrypting issue (Getting error message in the bottom, right corner that says "Sorry, decryption process failed.")

    Please help! Families are counting on us to have their information so we can help them.

    Could you give us more details about your concern so we can assist you properly?

    Could you please tell us where did you get the blank screen? If possible, please post a screenshot of the issue to your reply so we can better understand the issue.
