Can you re-activate my account?

    Hi,

    I just signed up for an account today and didn't realize it was against policy to collect login information via your forms. I own a small marketing agency and was looking for a secure way to collect login information from new clients when they on-board.

    I started creating my first form without knowing the rules around this, so have had my form and account deactivated for creating a question that asked for a password. I have since searched the forum and now understand what I am not able to include in the forms.

    I would still like to use JotForm to collect other information though - is it possible to reinstate my account and just remove the offending question or the entire initial form I had started to create so I can make a new one with different questions?

    My email address is jo@justreallygoodmusic.com, user name JoLukis and I had signed in via Google.
