Submit button no longer available.

    The icon to "Submit" is no longer available! I went from free account to a purchased account that is HIPPA compliant. Why is there now no "submit" button, or email sent to me the person has signed the form. Where is the "Submit form"
    ?? and thank you after they sign (which was on the free version!)

    Hi,

    You can add the submission button to your form in the form builder.

    The thank-you message should appear after the user submits the form.
