Server Issues

    We are having issues with patients not being able to fill out the form also that the server is too busy. Please let us know what is going on and if this problem is going to persist.

    With reference to your response on the ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2666224 are you still getting the "Temporary backend unavailable" error while submitting the form?

    Our backend team has confirmed that the system is stable now and should be working fine. We request you to check again and let us know if you notice any further issues. We will be happy to take a look again.
