    The issue with images not loading in forms is still present and my business is at a full stop while a client is waiting for the fix.

    CAN SOMEONE RESPOND PLEASE?

    I have checked your form, too, and it seems that the links to your images are still using the unsecured source:

    Please try hosting the images that support an HTTPS ( SSL certificate), as advised by my colleague.

    Kindly give it a try and then let us know if the issue persists.

    I used a template from your gallery and the images were working then
    suddenly stopped.
