So I am creating an evaluation form. This evaluation will have 20+ pages included in it. I want the people filling this out to be able to save as they go but don't want them to have to get a new link every time they hit the Save button.
Also when they save will it upload into the Google Sheet I have linked or do they have to submit for that to get updated?

Hello,
I want the people filling this out to be able to save as they go but don't want them to have to get a new link every time they hit the Save button.
The link that they will be receiving when they save the form would be the session link to let the users access the form in progress. The users will have the option to either copy the shareable link or send the link to their email:

However, there's no option to disable the "Send Link" option for this feature. May I ask how you would like your users to access the link to continue their saved forms?
I'm not sure if the old/deprecated method will meet your requirements: deprecated:-how-to-save-forms-and-continue-later
Also, when they save will it upload into the Google Sheet I have linked or do they have to submit for that to get updated?
Yes, the only time the submission will be passed to the integrated Sheet is to submit the form. The submit button will trigger the integration or to pass the values on the form to Google Sheets.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
