Suspended account

    Hello,

    I am receiving a notification of my account being suspended by fraud prevention.

    Your account is suspended since the form https://form.jotform.com/202318180959055 is found collecting credit card data in plain form fields which is in violation of our Terms and our PCI compliance.

    We will need to delete these fields from the form and only then can we activate your account.

    If you want to collect payments from your customers, you can use any of our authorized payment processors on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform
