Hi there,
My account has been disabled due to uploads?
I'm wondering what that means, since I haven't uploaded anything.I only have 4 jotforms in my profile.
Please advise and thanks,

I just checked that you have deleted entries on this form: Remote TWER Monthly Report which has uploaded files in it.
I suggest purging them so the upload space counter will be cleared as well.
Currently, you have used 104.06 MB of upload space which is beyond the account's limit of 100MB only. This causes the forms to be disabled, and it will remain so until the entries I mentioned above gets cleared.

Hi JohnRex,
I did what you suggested and although the warning has gone away, if I try to use the forms the site tells me I'm over my quota.
Do I need to wait a certain time for my forms to be available again?

Hi there,
I've checked your account and it still in "Overlimit" status even though you have free up some space already. I've reactivated your account and your forms should be working now.
