How can I put password protect on an individual waiver so, although many people can access it would not accidentally get deleted with the signatures that have been submitted?

I believe the Jotform Login already prevents other users from viewing your form submissions and editing them. Were there any users on your organization that has access to the same account? If so, I'm afraid there is no other way to protect the submissions from being deleted, especially if it's not only you has access to the submissions, but by advising the other users to not delete them, or you can restrict them access by changing the account password.

I think Cole_solarisaveda meant to ask is if we can make a password for the form that we created so the user has to enter a given username and password

( this is also the question I wanted to ask)
