Unable to upgrade my account to Silver.

    I just got off the phone with my bank. There is nothing wrong with no card, no blocks but the it says Payment Declined when I try to update to the Silver package. How else may I submit payment for the Silver Package so I can start today.

    I just checked and you were able to upgrade to Silver plan. Do you still need help with your account?

    I paid with the same account through paypal. Your card reader feature is not working.


    Do you provide a service where you can convert PDFs on Jotform. I don't really have the time to do learn this and would pay for a folder of forms I need for my practice. I have them in PDF but need them to be in an on-line format.
