HIPAA account: Temporarily Back-end unavailable

    We are receiving an error message saying temporarily back end unavailable.... how long is this going to take until it gets back up and running? Please let us know ASAP.

    Are you still experiencing the issue?

    We were experiencing a temporary issue at our end which was fixed by our backend team. Are you still getting the same error?
