Mike - as I mentioned before (and I sent an example to the support email), when you pdf from the top button all of the words on the form don't print out. All of the legal language that I need on my forms that are subheaders don't print in that version or if you print it from the Inbox. This is why I used to have to print it from submission. It leaves out paragraphs of information. This is super important as we are in the medical field.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

I can see that there is an issue with the 'Show sub-heading text' option in the PDF Editor. I have now escalated a bug report to our developers.

However, you can still enable the sub-headings. Open the PDF Editor, click on the heading field, use the gear icon, then enable the 'Show sub-heading text' option, and type something in the 'ENTER SUB-HEADING' section. This should save the sub-heading text and display it in the PDF.

    Example:

You can also re-create the PDF Document if needed.

Thank you so much! It appears that I would have to do this fix on each pdf - it doesn't "stick" and won't "stick" to future submissions. If that's the case I appreciate it & will do it in a bind but I'll want for the bug fix (IO hope its an easy one for you guys). Thanks!

Yes since the sub-headings are not being displayed automatically, I am afraid you will have to make changes for each submission.

We have already escalated this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.
