Unable to connect to the PayPal Integration

    Hi! I'm trying to use the product order form template and having issues getting PayPal to sync. Is there a known problem with that or could I switch payment to Stripe instead? And how do I go about doing that?

    Are you trying to connect to the Test mode of the PayPal account? If no then the first switch to the Live mode then try connecting to your Live account.

    Also, you require the PayPal business account in order to connect to the PayPal integration.

    Oh thank you! That worked.

    Ok. One more question. What if people want to order more than one size of an item or more than one color? I don't see that's possible with the way this is set up. Maybe the different colored items I should list as separate choices?

    And what if people want say two sweatshirts as two different sizes? Is that feasible?
