I have been unable to use my jotform account all day. It says that my account is suspended. All links to my forms say the form has been disabled. Can you please help me fix this as soon as possible?

    Thank you,

Upon review of your account, I found that it was suspended due to form: 203006063838147 requesting credit card information on plain field texts.
1604030351_5f9b8f8f34852_cc details.pngDue to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

We have deleted the credit card information from your form and reactivated your account. Please refrain from creating such forms or adding any guilty fields to the forms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.
