How do I connect my hubstop account to a jot form I've been using?

    1604016631 5f9b59f7bd4dd help hubspot ph Screenshot 10I've attached a photo of what I see but there is no drop down menu and the +Add New Field doesn't do anything if I click on it.

    Hello Kaylee! You're not seeing any fields in this dropdown because you haven't added any fields to your form yet. The added forms fields show up in this dropdown.
