I cannot access any of my created forms

    When I login to the website, I am almost immediately logged out or given the error message, "You do not have any forms". I have attempted to login on several browsers and still come across the same issue. Please help!

    I just checked your account and it is currently active.

    I have now cleared your form cache so kindly log in and check your forms now.

    You may also try a different browser to access your account, perhaps on a private window or incognito mode.

    Greetings! We received a message from our developers that we indeed had a backend issue earlier today concerning HIPAA accounts. However, I'm glad to inform you that it is now fixed and stable.
