    Thank you for reaching support,

Hi there, are you referring to the pinned fields, if so then simply remove the pin by dragging the shaded columns and you may now double click on the cell and edit it:

    I hope that helps.

No, I am trying to update entries that you were able to change the color of the selections. There is no option to edit.

    Hello,

As of now, there is no feature to change the color of the selected options.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This would be an awesome feature.

Would you like me to add your idea to our feature requests?

Let us know how we can be of any further assistance,

    Thank you!

sorry, I don't think I was clear. This feature is already there. If you look above at the first screen shot, some columns are color coded. I've created them, but I am unable to go in and edit (add or remove). If you look in the columns "Position Applied and Status" you cannot edit them, but if you look in "Flag" you can edit.

    Hello,

I have inspected your table, and if I understand correctly, I could not replicate your issue.

What would you like to edit? The values in the cells, the columns order, the columns' visibility, or the columns that are frozen?

If you cannot edit a cell's value, it could be because this cell cannot be edited (some column types do not allow editing directly within a table). I suggest that you try editing an entry by right-clicking on a row:

Let us know how if you have any more questions,

    Thank you!

    Hello again,

Forget my previous reply; I was wrong. I understood now.

You can edit some of the columns' options colors since those columns were created within JotForm Tables, and are not related to a field in your form.

I believe this is happening because as of now, JotForm Tables does not send data over to the linked form.

I can escalate your thread to our dev team if you would like. This would be a great feature.

Let us know how we can be of any further assistance,

    Thank you!

I’d like to be able to remove values or add if I find they aren’t needed or are needed. I should be able to edit the column values but can’t. Some columns I can some I can’t.

Unfortunately I really need this to be able to continue using this. I think these tables are next level and want to be able to use them but I really need to be able to edit

    Hi there,

Can you please point out what Form is it as well as the fields that you are unable to edit so we can try to replicate the issue on our and, it will also help our backend team on investigating this.

In the Interview tab, if you click on the Position Applied (right click) you do not have an option anymore to edit the options nor for the other ones. There is Admin, Mechanic etc but I can edit those and add more. Same as the other columns like this. But if you go to Flag you have an option to edit column and add or remove.

    Hi there,

Thank you for elaborating it for us, the reason you are not able to edit those fields is that their "FROZEN":

If you exclude these fields you will be able to edit it.

some of them are but I unfroze them and still couldn’t edit them. Also I tried some of the other ones that weren’t frozen and they still didn’t let me edit

Are you referring to this Edit column Preference option in the Position applied column?

I believe this is the form:

    Looking forward to your response.

Yes. But you can’t change it in the form, I’d like to change some of the colors. It’s odd that you can create it but not edit it.

Please be noted that color code could only be applied to the custom column that was manually created in the Tables and does not have any mapping with the form:

    1604117562 5f9ce43ab1b3f 888888888 Screenshot 10

I see the "Position Appied" field is already there in the form:

    https://www.jotform.com/form/203017934735051

The color code is fixed there and could not be edited. Only if you have add any external column then you would find the "Edit Column Prefrence" option.

    Thanks.

Yikes, so then I would have to re-create this form every time I need to update any of those connected columns.

From what I understand, you want to edit the color-coding of the options inside each column (esp for Single Choice or Multiple Choice fields). And since this isn't possible at the moment, let me forward this instead as a feature request to our developers. Though I cannot provide you an ETA for this, we'll notify you here once this gets implemented in the future.

I am having a similar problem. I created a new column in a table. This field is not in the form and it is not frozen.
I do not get the edit option in the column drop down. I was able to create the new field and create single select options, but I cannot edit the field (e.g. to add another option or change colours).
