Field Manager App: Fields are getting cloned in the app but they don't show up in the actual form.

    Hello,

    I'm trying to clone questions from one form to another which I've done several times before with no issue. Every time I try to do it now it says that it has been cloned over however, when I click to the view the form in Jotform none of the questions are there. Would you have a solution to this?

    Hi Amanda,

    I've checked the app and it seems that it is not cloning the fields in the second form. Let me conduct some more testing on this and I'll get back to you shortly.

    Hi Amanda,

    Looks like I'll have to escalate this to the backend team to have this fixed. The app is showing that the fields are getting cloned but they are not showing up in the form.

    We will inform you here as soon as an update is available.

    As a workaround, you can clone the form and delete the fields which are not required.
