Import PDF document template to be used on another form

I have two forms created, and I have formatted the PDF with the first form, however to save me formatting the second form's PDF, can I import the first PDF into the second form.

I would like to import the formatted PDF into my second form called

NDIS Service Agreement - Variation.

Is this possible to do?

You may save your PDF document as a template in the PDF editor.

Go to layout Settings>Customize

Once you have saved the template, you can select the template in your My Templates.

In the Layout Settings>Template>select My Templates
