Inbox: Unable to set the name field as header.

    Hi,


    Can you please help with making the name of the submission to be the subject header in inbox? Previously, the subject header is showing the names of my customers. But now it wasn't. I have followed the steps to go to the inbox setting, but i can't resolve it.

    I have checked your inbox and it seems you have set your field header as Phone Number. If you want to use the name, kindly change it to the Name Field.

    The reason why the name field is not showing in your header is because you have already selected it as a subheader.

    You must remove it as a sub header to be able to use it as a header.

    I have changed as per your instructions.
    However, for some reason the Jotform mobile app is still not showing the
    names as header.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I also checked and test using mobile app, but so far it has work as intended. The Name field shows as the Header in submission Inbox view.

    Can you please try refresh your mobile app. Perhaps you just need to sync the app also.

    I have tested my sample form and the inbox header settings is reflected to the app submission view.

    Can you please try to sync your app data?

    If the issue persists, may we know the mobile device you're using so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end?
