I have signed in multiple times and I can't find my forms?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. We had a temporary glitch which caused this issue with HIPAA compliant account. This issue is already resolved by our backend team.
I would suggest you to please try to sign in to your JotForm account again and you should be able to see all your forms.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
