Initial sign up pricing

When I first signed up for the Starter plan I was offered a discount for the first year. I'm going to purchase the Silver plan and would like to pay the discounted price for the first year. How can I do that?

I also want to change the User Name and perhaps the email address. Would opening a new Silver account enable the discount and avoid the renaming? Then I would request that the forms be moved to the new account.

I have activated the Welcome discount on your account - so now you can upgrade to the Silver yearly plan with 50% discounted rates.

Please upgrade within 24 hours to avail the discount.

You can change the username and email now from your Account Profile page and then upgrade the account.

Else to change the username, after the upgrade, only we will be able to change your username.

Please note that for the transfer of forms, we will need to receive the request from the account where the forms are located.

Is sales tax (Connecticut) automatically added? We are tax exempt and can't be billed for tax. Need to know before upgrading.
